WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DESIGNATED AIRPORT PICKUP TIMES?

SHOULD YOUR ARRIVAL FALL OUTSIDE OUR SCHEDULED TIMES, ARRANGING AND FINANCING YOUR TRANSFER TO THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS?

OUR POLICY IS CLEAR: NO REFUNDS UNLESS WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE THE TRIP. HOWEVER, YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR PAYMENT TO ANOTHER TSG TRIP OR ANOTHER TRAVELER, PROVIDED YOU GIVE THE REQUIRED NOTICE.

TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON THIS UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP BEGINS.

YOUR SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT. IN THE RARE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS, WE WILL OFFER COMPREHENSIVE OPTIONS TO EITHER REFUND YOUR PACKAGE PRICE OR TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS TO ANOTHER TSG VACATION.
